Payment and Refunds
Can I trial a product before purchasing it?
Raven IT Solutions offers fully functional trials of our Basic and Standard products for a maximum of 30 days before purchase, allowing you to see and use Raven Health EHR before you purchase. When your trial expires, you can continue using the product by adding a mobile money account or credit card to your Raven Health EHR account. Should you opt to discontinue the use of our Cloud services, we offer full refunds during the first month of paid service following the end of the trial, if you decide Raven Health EHR isn't for you. After the first paid month, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you choose to not add a credit card at the end of your 30-day trial, your site will automatically be deactivated within 14 days .
Please Note: Although Raven Health EHR trials include access to Technical Support, note that we do not provide data backups for trials, only for monthly and annual subscribers. Financially-backed SLAs will not be supported during Raven Health EHR Premium trials.
Can I request a feature?
Certainly! As a customer there are different approaches to influencing the evolution of Raven IT Solutions products.
How is the software distributed?
Raven Health EHR can be accessed through a web browser on a desktop computer, laptop or tablet with an internet connection, using your unique Raven Health EHR URL.
How much does Raven Health EHR Cost?

What payment options are available?
Monthly: Monthly subscriptions are limited to payment via credit card (MasterCard, Visa), or MTN MoMo.
Annual: Annual subscriptions can be paid via credit card, MTN MoMo, bank transfer or check, complete payment details appear on an official quote. To request a quote for the annual payment option, please Contact Us with your unique RHE URL or hospital name.
How do I calculate my monthly price?

Raven IT Solutions uses a progressive per-user pricing model. Progressive pricing means that monthly pricing is calculated using tier groups, each with a distinct per-user price. For example, Raven Health EHR Standard with 450 users would be calculated as:

  • ¢35/user for users 1-10
  • ¢25/user for users 11-100
  • ¢20/user for users 101-250
  • ¢15/user for users 251-350
  • ¢5/user for users 351-450
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts for large teams with 50+ users.
What is the minimum term of service?
The minimum term of service is one month. You can choose to renew on a month by month basis, or you can purchase a year in advance.
Can I pay with MTN Mobile Money?
You can add your MTN mobile money for recurring monthly or annual Raven Health EHR payment.
How do I purchase Raven Health EHR?
All orders are placed securely online. Once that's done, a quote will be sent via email. If MoMo account or credit card details are not provided through the secure online form, the quote can be paid by a direct bank transfer.
Our payment terms are Net 0-day. Please be aware that we can only accept MTN mobile money and credit card payments for ₵25 Basic Plans and the Raven Health EHR monthly payment plan.
Can I get a refund for Raven Health EHR?
Refunds for Raven Health are only available within the first paid month after the trial period for monthly subscriptions and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. After these periods we cannot offer refunds.
